A space for those who are complicated, conflicted, and need a change but don’t know what it is
Do you live the life you thought you wanted, yet feel dissatisfied?
Has something happened recently that left you questioning your past choices and future options?
In hidden pain and can’t let anyone else know?
Have you known you needed a change for a while and have now taken the first step to make it happen?
A space with someone who is here for you
Being at the start of your therapy journey can be scary, destabilising, and worrying. You're looking for someone you feel comfortable with to help you through all this.
Someone who creates an accepting space to say out loud those thoughts and feelings you can't share with anyone else, even those close to you.
Someone who can offer guidance and new perspectives on what is worrying and upsetting you.
Someone to see your pain and help you hold it while you try to understand and learn about it.

A Bit About Me
Hi there, I am Matt. While therapy is mostly about you, you may want to know who you’ll be talking to.
I am an integrative, LGBTQ+ friendly therapist. ‘Integrative’ means I am trained across multiple therapeutic philosophies and techniques, and I’ll bring into our work what works for you. However, I have a special interest in internal Parts Work.
Maybe it needs to be said, maybe it doesn’t, but I am human, and I offer you a human being to hear you, see you, acknowledge you, validate you, and support you. A human being who balances this important, heavy work with lightness; shares in the joys of your successes, has interesting conversations with you, and understands the messiness of life.
Who I Work With
I have worked with a wide variety of people: members of the LGBTQ+ community, asylum seekers, retirees, neurodivergent individuals, students, and working professionals. People come to me with many different concerns, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, suicidal thoughts, and other issues that have impacted their lives.
Your concerns are only part of who you are, not your whole being. You are more than just your pain, and that is why there is reason to hope for more.
